We request a reasonable fee deposit. We are finding that in this present economy, some of our clients prefer to handle their legal matters on a pay-as-you-go basis. Under a pay-as-you-go plan, we will bill you monthly for our services and expenditures. Our monthly statement will not only give you a detailed description of the work completed on your behalf, but will also provide a break-down of the fees you are paying for that work.
